Clear Aligners in Gonzales, CA

Straighter teeth without brackets or wires — a series of removable, nearly invisible trays, planned and checked right here on 5th Street. The consultation is free.

Straight teeth, without the hardware

Clear aligners are a series of removable, nearly invisible trays made from a scan of your teeth. Each tray in the series is a small step straighter than the last; wear one for a week or two, move to the next, and your teeth follow the sequence. No brackets, no wires, no emergency visits for a popped bracket — and the whole thing is planned and supervised at the same office on 5th Street that does your cleanings.

Aligners handle the problems most adults actually want fixed: crowding, gaps, overlap, and mild-to-moderate bite issues.

The everyday difference

The trays come out to eat — so nothing is off the menu — and out to brush and floss, so keeping your teeth clean during treatment is no harder than it is now. The discipline is wearing them the other 20–22 hours of the day. Patients who do finish on schedule; patients who don’t, don’t. We’ll be straight with you about that at every check-in.

What it costs

Aligner treatment is priced by the case, not a one-size number — and you’ll have the complete cost in writing at your free consultation before anything starts. Monthly payments are available through CareCredit and Cherry, and helping you apply takes minutes at the front desk.

Start with the free consultation

Questions we hear a lot

How do clear aligners work?
You get a series of custom trays, each slightly straighter than your teeth are today. You wear each one for about a week or two, and your teeth gradually follow. We map the whole sequence before you start and check your progress here in the office along the way.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on how far your teeth need to move. Many mild-to-moderate cases finish in six to twelve months; more involved cases take longer. You’ll get an honest timeline for your teeth at the free consultation — not a brochure number.
Do I have to wear them all day?
About 20–22 hours a day — you take them out to eat, drink anything but water, and brush. That’s the trade for invisibility: the trays only work while they’re on your teeth, so consistency matters more than anything we do.
Will people notice them?
At conversation distance, most people won’t. That’s the main reason adults who’d never consider metal braces choose aligners.
Are aligners right for every case?
No — severe rotations and significant bite problems can move faster and more predictably with braces or an orthodontist. If that’s your case, we’ll say so plainly at the consultation and point you in the right direction instead of selling you trays.
What do they cost?
It depends on the length and complexity of your case. You’ll get the complete price in writing at your free consultation, and monthly payments are available through CareCredit and Cherry.
Will I need a retainer afterward?
Yes — teeth drift back without one, no matter how they were straightened. The retainer is part of the plan from day one, never a surprise add-on.
