What should I bring to my first appointment?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of medications you take, and your completed registration form if you’d like to save time — download it below in English or Spanish. Arriving 10–15 minutes early works too.

How long does the first visit take?

Plan on about an hour: registration, x-rays, a full exam with the doctor, and an honest conversation about what we found. If your gums allow it, we usually fit the cleaning into the same visit.

I'm nervous about the dentist. What should I do?

Say so when you book — it changes how we schedule and pace your visit. Nothing happens without your OK, we explain each step before we do it, and several of our most loyal patients arrived terrified. You will not be lectured about the past.

What if I haven't seen a dentist in years?

You’re our favorite kind of new patient. The $49 exam gives us a complete picture, and then we prioritize: what’s urgent, what can wait, and what’s fine. You set the pace from there — no judgment about the gap.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes — we work with CareCredit and Cherry, so larger treatment like crowns or dentures can be paid monthly instead of all at once. Applying takes a few minutes, and we’ll help you do it at the front desk or over the phone.

Do the specials apply if I have insurance?

The offers are for patients paying without insurance and can’t be combined with insurance benefits or each other. If you have insurance, your plan’s exam benefit usually works out similarly — call us and we’ll check before you book.

The exam — a doctor checks every tooth, your gums, your bite, and does an oral cancer screening.
The conversation — what’s healthy, what needs watching, what needs fixing, and what each option costs. In writing, before anything starts.

Most first visits include a cleaning too. The exception is when the exam shows your gums need a deeper kind of cleaning — in that case we explain why, quote it, and schedule it right instead of rushing it.
